*Returns & Exchanges:
- Please inspect your order after delivery to ensure there is no visible breakage or shipping damage. If there is any issue, customers must contact us and send clear photos of the product issue on the same day of delivery.
- We will not be able to accept any reports of breakage or damage after the delivery day.

- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 2 days of receiving the order.
*To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition.
- Unused.
- In its original packaging .
- Returned with all original contents and accessories (such as cables, bulbs, or any included parts).
Due to the delicate nature of our décor and lighting pieces, items showing signs of use, damage, or missing contents will not be accepted.
*Return or exchange shipping fees:
- Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
*Processing:
- Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will confirm whether it is eligible for a return or exchange.
- The inspection process may take 3–5 business days.
- Approved Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.
